MYSTERIUM is a exhibition where artists remain anonymous and viewers are invited to choose exclusively through what they feel — without renown, status, trend, or market validation.
I — The label
We live in a world where almost everything is felt, experienced, and bought through a label. Sometimes, the experience only arrives after recognition.
Names have become a kind of truth — an emotional shortcut, a filter through which reality gains value. Perhaps the greatest loss is not that objects have become brands, but that experiences no longer exist on their own.
Between emotion
and name,
the latter usually wins.
II — Seven observations

We hear a piece differently when we know who composed it.

We look at a painting differently when we read the signature in the corner.

We pay more for the same fabric if it carries a logo.

We fall in love more easily with someone already validated by others.

III — The market gaze
Value no longer seems to rest in the authentic emotion we live, but in the validation we receive when we can say: “I know who made this.”
Art has not escaped this logic either.
Too often, a work is viewed first through market price, and only then through the emotion it provokes.
IV — The rare moment
And yet, there is a rare moment — almost impossible to explain. The moment you see a work and feel it belongs to you. Without knowing who created it. Without asking what it is worth. Without wondering if it is “important.” You simply recognize it.

It is an exercise in sincerity in an era dominated by consumption and image — a return to instinct, sensitivity, and that simple yet profound impulse to love something for what it makes you feel.
MYSTERIUM speaks of the beauty of things chosen with the soul, not with strategy. Of art that does not need financial justification to have value. Of objects that come to mean something because they carry emotion, not a price.
Because the most important things we keep are not always the most expensive — but those that have managed, inexplicably, to touch us.
