The Challenge of Seeing
"The Challenge of Seeing" is a cultural initiative that sums up the experience accumulated in over 10 years of exhibitions and art fairs, but also private events. Although art is very often associated with luxury, through our auction we want not only outstanding works of art to end up in the portfolio of some collectors, but also to introduce a number of international artists to the general public.

The Challenge of Seeing" is the first contemporary art auction in Romania that also includes a private sale, with the works of famous classical artists, such as Van Gogh, Rubens, El Greco, Chagall or Kandinsky. In the open auction that will take place on May 4, 2023, in a prestigious hotel in Bucharest, works by contemporary Romanian and foreign artists will be auctioned, such as Adrian Ghenie, Nicolae Maniu, Harmen vad der Tuin, Vladinsky, Tara von Neudorf or Agathe Toman. Special guest is Charlie Foley, specialist and auctioneer at Christie's, the world's oldest art auction house
