VLADINSKY returns to Bucharest after 7 years, following a top international circuit: London, Miami, Singapore and Hong Kong

By Pavot

After an absence of almost seven years from the exhibition scene in Bucharest, the Romanian artist Vladinsky returns with a new project – Vladinsky – Private Collection, an exhibition that marks not only a symbolic return, but also the consolidation of a rapidly accelerated international trajectory over the last six months.

The recent period included participations in some of the most relevant contexts of global contemporary art, from collaborations with HOFA Gallery in London, to presences at international fairs in Miami and Singapore. The trajectory culminated in Hong Kong, where the artist’s works were presented within the Digital Art Awards, organized by Phillips, in a context that brings together a new generation of globally relevant digital artists.

Within this framework, Vladinsky was present in an artistic ecosystem where names such as ThankYouX, Botto, Quayola, Deekay Kwon and Sougwen Chung are active, artists featured in curated sections such as “Zero10” within Art Basel, dedicated to emerging digital practices.

Through this contextual association, the participation in Hong Kong positions Vladinsky’s artistic approach in an area where digital art, artificial intelligence and new media become an integral part of the global contemporary discourse.

From Hong Kong to the new artistic centers of Europe

This international exposure did not mean only visibility, but also the development of strategic relationships. Following the participation at Hong Kong Art Week, Vladinsky initiated collaborations and advanced discussions with curators and galleries from some of the most dynamic artistic centers in Europe, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany, in cities such as Antwerp, Eindhoven and Düsseldorf.

In this context, the artist is preparing an ambitious project for the upcoming period: a simultaneous exhibition format, carried out in parallel in three galleries in these cities, a concept rarely encountered in Europe.

A private setting for collectors and design professionals

The official opening will take place on April 23, in a private setting, with limited access, bringing together approximately 200 guests, collectors, architects and interior designers from Bucharest.

The exhibition will be hosted by PAVOT, located within JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel – The Grand Avenue, Calea 13 Septembrie 90, Bucharest.

For those who wish to visit the exhibition on the opening day, access will be granted exclusively based on prior registration, as places are limited.

The event is conceived not only as an exhibition, but as an applied experience, in which the works are presented in direct relation to the space, in an approach that reflects the growing interest in integrating art into premium residential and commercial projects.

From international presence to local consolidation

The return to Bucharest is not only a retrospective moment, but a strategic stage. After the validation obtained in international contexts, the artist aims to actively contribute to the development of the local art market.

The exhibition Vladinsky – Private Collection thus marks the beginning of a new chapter, in which global connections are integrated into a direct dialogue with the public in Romania.
