This painting is an example of abstract art, with a modern style that combines curved lines and geometric shapes. The image suggests a human figure that appears to be dancing or moving, created through a combination of warm and cool colors, with a contrast of shades. The background includes abstract elements, which contribute to the dynamism of the composition.
Line and form play a key role in this work, and the use of a varied color palette adds a touch of depth and complexity. The painting can explore themes of movement, expression, and human interaction, inviting the viewer to interpret its meaning. This image provides a detailed look at a portion of the earlier painting. Curved lines and abstract shapes can be seen outlining a human figure, highlighting movement and fluidity. Warm colors, such as red and beige tones, contrast with cooler shades of blue and black, creating an interesting visual dynamic.
About the artist
My artistic journey began at the age of 10 when my family visited my uncle, a surveying engineer with a passion for painting flowers. Witnessing the magic unfold, I saw my first blank canvas, the vibrant color palette, and the various tools essential to a painter’s craft.
My artistic journey began with portraits, including nudes in pastel. I sensed a magnetic pull towards this theme, particularly in portraying women. The evolution of my art took a natural turn towards dance and its movements. Guided by the consistent advice of one of my teachers – “Use the expression of your line of drawing” – I explored different styles, ranging from impressionism to abstract.
Currently, my distinct style is gaining recognition. It provides me with maximum freedom of expression, allowing me to highlight the beauty of dance, the fluidity of movements, the dynamic nature of composition, and an overall sense of freedom.
